Job Description Reporting to the Technical Director, you will: Lead end-to-end production operations for the TPU Films division. Drive operational excellence, throughput improvement, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Oversee compounding, extrusion, and polymerization processes for specialty TPU films. Manage scale-up projects, technology transfers, and plant debottlenecking initiatives. Partner with R&D, supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams for seamless operations. Champion Industry , automation, and digital manufacturing practices. Lead large teams across shifts, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Holds a / in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; / MBA preferred. Brings 18-22 years of relevant production experience, including 12-15 years in senior leadership roles. Deep knowledge of polymer processing (extrusion, compounding, pelletizing) and TPU chemistry. Experienced in commissioning new lines, managing greenfield/brownfield expansions, and delivering OEE improvements. Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and sustainability practices. Strong decision-maker with proven ability to build and manage large teams.
