Responsibilities: Inspect incoming raw materials as per specifications and drawings. Perform in-process inspection during cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, and assembly stages. Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and measuring tapes. Conduct a visual inspection of welding joints as per applicable standards and WPS. Identify defects and non-conformities and report to concerned departments. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records. Coordinate with the production team for corrective and preventive actions. Conduct a final inspection before dispatch and provide clearance. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety standards. Required Skills: Knowledge of fabrication drawings and welding symbols. Understanding of fabrication and welding processes. Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Reporting). Good communication and observation skills.
