Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of contract law, property laws, RERA, the Companies Act, and general commercial law. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage time efficiently and close issues quickly and effectively. It should be a self-starter. Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools. Roles & Responsibilities:. Corporate Legal & Advisory Provide end-to-end legal support for day-to-day business operations. Advise business teams on general corporate and commercial legal issues, including risk assessment and mitigation. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, lease deeds, MOUs, LOIs, etc.). Support compliance requirements, including with company laws, RERA, etc. Real Estate Legal (Preferred Experience Area) Review and vet sale deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements, and land aggregation documentation.
