Job Title

Responsibilities : Strong knowledge of quality standards in the heavy fabrication industry with facilities including laser cutting, turret punching, plasma cutting, powder coating, shot blasting, and paint shop. Define production goals, improve manufacturing technologies, and resolve operational issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. Translate customer requirements into state-of-the-art, cost-effective manufacturing strategies and processes. Develop and execute operations-related plans, budgets, policies, and SOPs. Drive manufacturing performance by directing all plant production to meet delivery schedules with high efficiency and customer satisfaction. Plan, implement, monitor, and control production schedules and adjust as required. Manage human resources and material planning to meet production targets Make decisions regarding equipment utilization, maintenance, modification, and procurement Support technical and business aspects of capital project improvements Provide strong plant floor supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with company quality standards Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, health, safety, and statutory requirements Monitor product quality and implement/enforce quality control and tracking systems Analyse production and quality data to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Establish process metrics and performance measurement systems Maintain financial discipline, budget planning, and cost control to meet profitability targets Lead process capability, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction initiatives Drive corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Required Skills: Strong leadership, people management, and plant handling experience. Hands-on knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement.
