Required Qualifications:3–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM.Develop and maintain GTM configurations, agents, workflows, rules, Screen sets & UI layouts, and user-defined logicDevelop reports, Document, GTI Dashboard and notification templatesDevelop/Support integrations between Oracle GTM and external/internal systems (ex ERP, brokerage systems etc)Support data cleansing and batch loads (products, parties, bills of materials, transactions etc).Conduct technical testing for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.Maintain technical documentation.Support user training, onboarding, and best practices.Support code migration activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, etc.Preferred QualificationsExperience with customs filing tools or trade content providers (Descartes, etc.).Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, JDE).Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for business users.Strong documentation and process-mapping abilities.
