Job Location: Dahej, GujaratAt Dahej, we have three entities under the YASH Group – Yashashvi Rasayan Pvt. Ltd., Yash Speciality Chemicals LLP and R&D Centre. Since we do not have a separate Head Office for the Chemicals Business, this role will be based out of Dahej and will carry a blended exposure of both Corporate and Plant HR responsibilities.The incumbent will be responsible for the following across all three sites:Key Responsibilities:Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at the plants – including Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews – and present insights to relevant stakeholders. Lead the Performance Management Process across both sites – ensure KRAs/KPIs are aligned to SMART criteria, conduct Goal Audits to assess quality of goals, and facilitate Mid-Year and Year-End performance dialogues. Drive Talent Management initiatives – identify key talent, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in consultation with HODs, and ensure timely execution of IDPs. Conduct Engagement Surveys to assess employee engagement levels and recommend action plans. Drive Learning & Development interventions across the plants. Lead Competency Mapping initiatives and coordinate trainings to address identified skill gaps in collaboration with Plant Leaders. Anchor strategic HR projects as and when assigned.Desired Candidate Profile:Any Graduation + MBA / MHRM / MSW (Full-time) with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in one or more of the above-mentioned areas Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with employees across all levels Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
