Sales Leadership: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the studio’s goals. • Identify and target key market segments, including luxury residential, commercial, and bespoke projects. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. • Standardize client interaction processes, including proposals, contracts, and follow-ups. • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and foster long-term client relationships.2. Design Leadership: • Work closely with the design team to align creative solutions with client needs and market trends. • Oversee project concept development, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and the studio’s design ethos. • Present design proposals to clients with clarity, emphasizing both aesthetics and functionality. • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets while maintaining design excellence. • Provide feedback and mentorship to designers, encouraging innovation and creativity.3. Process & Team Structure: • Develop an integrated sales and design workflow, ensuring smooth handoffs from client acquisition to project delivery. • Implement tools like CRM and project management software to track progress and performance. • Train and mentor both sales and design teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth. • Conduct regular meetings to review project pipelines, client feedback, and team performance.4.
