1. Brand Understanding & Alignment:- Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requiremnts and identity, target audience etc- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values2. Design Creation: Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.3. Research:- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention- Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.- Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs4. Time Management: Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.5. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs.
