We are headquartered in the Silicon Valley and have our delivery centers across the globe.About the role: TheDelivery Excellence (DX)team at Tiger is an internal function focused on strategic initiatives to build world-class, scalable delivery processes. The team collaborates closely with the delivery Leadership and relevant functional teams to design, implement, and govern delivery excellence processes. DX plays an important role in driving process innovation and change management within the organization. Work with Delivery Excellence Partner and delivery stakeholders to evaluate problems and conceptualize projects/initiatives. Few representative areas of Delivery Excellence initiatives: Develop and refine processes within a client account to create a repeatable and scalable delivery model Maintain a comprehensive, data-driven view of the unit’s delivery health. Monitor delivery metrics to provide proactive signaling to delivery leaders. Standardize the use of Project Management toolkits and frameworks across the unit to ensure consistent delivery Identify and champion automation opportunities within the delivery lifecycle to drive efficiency Create and manage people-centric forums and processes for employees’ delivery readiness, team health, and team engagement Conduct pilots/experiments of DX processes and drive adoption across the company Facilitate forums, collaborative sessions, and knowledge sharing across to share best practices across the Org. and solve delivery challenges collectively Work with cross-functional teams to enable Unit-wide initiatives around learning, operational processes, InfoSec, employee engagement etc. Apply Design Thinking principles for process design Define relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain them Perform regular analysis and generate insights for senior stakeholdersRequired Skills, Competencies & Experience: 4-7 years in internal consulting, strategy & operations, process excellence, planning & insights roles in analytics/consulting/IT services/tech products companies Experience in developing business cases, garnering buy-in from the executive team, and delivering measurable outcomes Strong understanding of program management principles and project management methodologies; any PM certification is a plus Ability to synthesize operational data into insights and recommendations for senior leadership Ability to drive change without direct authority over delivery teams Strong communication skills to lead BU or Org. wide forums and orchestrate complex organizational themes Understanding of the analytics project lifecycle (Data Engineering, Data Science, App. Dev.) is preferred Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems
