GenWise runs residential summer programs for high-achieving students in grades 6–10 across India. Every summer, 150+ curious young learners come together at Manipal University for 3 weeks of learning, community, and growth. Our intern team is at the heart of making it happen.Role Description The Residential Coach is a full-time, on-site internship based at Manipal University (May 5 – June 1, 2026). As an RC, you'll be living on campus alongside students — leading activities, running events, mentoring young people, and building the kind of community they'll talk about for years. This is a high-energy, hands-on role. You're not supervising from a distance — you're in the middle of it, leading DJ Nites, facilitating group discussions, building friendships, and being the person students come to when they need support.What You Get ₹20,000 stipend (lump sum, paid at program end) Free accommodation on Manipal University campus for the full 4 weeks All meals included Travel support Certificate of completion + Letter of RecommendationResponsibilities Lead daily student activities — games, creative sessions, cultural events, group discussions Mentor and guide students (ages 11–16) in their personal growth and residential experience Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic campus environment Support student wellbeing, routines, and safety throughout the program Collaborate closely with fellow RCs, Teaching Assistants, and senior staffWhat We're Looking For College student, 2nd year or above (any discipline; liberal arts, humanities, psychology, education especially welcome) Strong interpersonal skills — you connect easily with young people Natural leader who takes initiative and brings energy to a team Creative, adaptable, and comfortable with the unpredictability of residential life Passion for education, mentoring, and working with young people Prior experience in teaching, youth work, sports coaching, or performing arts is a plus Must be available on-site for the full duration: May 5 – June 1, 2026 Apply: Full details:
