Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Assess patients physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.- Provide therapy through exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment.- Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.- Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.- Support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports.Requirements:- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical rehabilitation techniques.- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy tools.- Expertise in manual therapy and patient assessment.- Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver interaction.- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate patients through recovery.- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for individualized treatment planning.- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.- Effective time management and accurate documentation skills.
