I am looking for a Graphic Designer for a Chicago-based client in the real estate industry.Responsibilities:Ø Design collateral pieces: brochures, branding books, print and digital ads, direct mail (e.g.,postcards, foldovers), social media posts, custom signs, invites, and other design projects.Ø Work with the internal team to receive projects and complete on time, communicating projectupdates and needsØ Proofread content and occasionally write copyØ Review proofs prior to sending to the internal team for edits/project approvalØ Create logos and brand identities and translate into branded assets as neededØ Keep tasks updated in the system, and follow best practices to maintain a functional workspaceØ Assist with other design or print needs as assignedQualifications:Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design is requiredØ Must have extensive experience in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable)Ø Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable)Ø Must be proficient in using an Apple/Mac computer (non-negotiable.
