Greeting from Kastech Software Solutions!!Role: Workday HCM Functional ConsultantFunctional Modules: Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, BenefitsExperience: 2 to 3 YearsLocation: RemoteWe are looking for Workday Functional Consultants with hands-on implementation experience and certification in any one of the following Workday modules:PayrollAbsenceCompensationCore HCMBenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end‑to‑end Workday implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure and maintain business processes, security, and functional setups within the certified module(s).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.Conduct impact analysis for system changes, release updates, and feature enablements.Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user training materials.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure adherence to Workday best practices.Required Skills & Experience2 to 4 years of experience in Workday functional implementation(preferred)/support.Mandatory Workday certification in at least one module (Payroll / Absence / TT/ Compensation / Core HCM / Benefits).Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and integrations.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client‑handling skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
