We are seeking experts with strong backgrounds in Accounting, FP&A, Auditing, or Corporate Finance to help design benchmarks and evaluate model reliability on financial tasks.If you have deep knowledge of accounting practices and an eye for detail, this is a chance to apply your expertise in shaping next-generation AI systems.What does day-to-day look like:Assess AI models on tasks such as financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance checks, and audit reviews.Develop evaluation rubrics to measure accuracy and reliability across accounting workflows.Collaborate with AI researchers and other domain experts to strengthen model assessment standards.Requirements:2+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Auditing, or Financial Consulting.Responsibilities:Active QuickBooks userEvaluate AI responses to SMB and accounting related questionsScore responses across correctness, completeness, relevance, and reasoning dimensionsIdentify when answers are indirect, missing assumptions, or improperly structuredDetect cases where clarifying questions are requiredApply structured evaluation guidelines consistentlyParticipate in calibration sessions and feedback coachingFlag systematic failure patterns or rubric ambiguitiesRequired Qualifications:Strong understanding of small business operations, bookkeeping, or accounting conceptsAbility to interpret financial or business context questionsShould be active QBO user with experience in using /"Omni Chat/"Excellent written English and attention to precisionStrong analytical thinking and structured decision makingComfortable applying detailed rubrics and scoring guidelinesExperience in QA, content evaluation, audit, compliance, or similar structured review roles preferredExcellent English written communication.Perks of Freelancing With Turing:Work at the forefront of AI applications in accounting and finance.Fully remote and flexible work environment.Opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects with global reach.Offer Details:Commitment: upto 40 hrs/week.Duration: ~1 month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.After applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
