Role Overview ICCS DigX is building a next-generation AI-led collections platform for banks, NBFCs and fintech lenders. We are looking for a Practice Head – Digital Collections who will build and scale an end-to-end collections service line combining AI, analytics, and operations to drive recovery outcomes for financial institutions. The role involves creating the offering, building the team, winning clients, and delivering measurable recovery improvements. Key Responsibilities1. Build the Digital Collections Practice - Design ICCS DigX Automated Collections offering for Banks & NBFCs - Build solutions combining: - AI voice bots - omnichannel collections - predictive analytics - segmentation models - digital payment nudges - Define collections strategies across buckets - Early bucket - Soft bucket - Hard bucket - Recovery 2. Client Solutions & Revenue Growth - Work with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders to understand recovery challenges - Design AI-led recovery models - Create outcome-based commercial models - Support sales team in solutioning and deal closures Target: Build ₹50–100 Cr collections business line in 3–4 years 3. AI & Automation Integration Work with product teams to deploy: - AI voice bots for collections - WhatsApp collections journeys - payment link automation - predictive delinquency models - skip tracing data integrations Leverage ICCS DigX tools such as: - TrueTone - AI voice bots - analytics dashboards - omnichannel engagement 4. Collections Strategy & Analytics Develop strategies for: - portfolio segmentation - roll rate reduction - cure rate improvement - agent productivity improvement - digital self-cure journeys Use data science models to predict delinquency risk. 5.
