Key Responsibilities: Execute trades in corporate bonds, government securities (G-Secs), treasury bills, SDLs, CPs, and CDs in the Wholesale Debt Market.Source and place primary and secondary market debt instruments with institutional investors such as banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, NBFCs, pension funds, family offices, and UHNIs.Maintain relationships with institutional clients and counterparties to facilitate smooth trade execution.Provide daily market quotes and trade ideas to clients and internal teams.Monitor interest rate movements, RBI policies, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic factors impacting the fixed income market.Coordinate with Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team for bond issuances, private placements, and structured debt deals.Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and exchange regulations while executing trades.Maintain trade records, confirm settlements, and coordinate with operations teams for smooth transaction processing.Assist in preparing market updates, trade reports, and yield analysis for internal and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.Certifications such as NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives), NISM Debt Market, or similar will be an advantage.1–5 years of experience in Fixed Income / Wholesale Debt Market / Institutional Broking preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of fixed income instruments and bond markets.Knowledge of yield calculation, bond pricing, and interest rate dynamics.Familiarity with NDS-OM, CCIL, Bloomberg, or similar fixed income platforms is preferred.Excellent relationship management and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
