Stakeholder Management: - Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. - Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Gather Business Requirements: - Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements. - Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify the most critical needs of the business. 3. Wireframe Creation using Figma: Utilize Figma or similar tools to create wireframes and prototypes that visually represent the proposed solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate the wireframes, ensuring alignment with business requirements. 4. Data Analysis for Decision Making: - Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed decision making. - Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, enabling them to make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaboration with Development Team: - Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Collaborate on the design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with project timelines. 6. Solution Testing and Validation: - Develop and execute test plans to validate that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements. - Identify and address any discrepancies or issues, working closely with stakeholders and the development team to resolve them. 7. Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: - Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks or issues. - Proactively address stakeholder concerns, providing timely updates and seeking feedback to ensure project success. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong data analysis skills and the ability to present findings effectively. - Experience collaborating with development teams to implement solutions. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and agile frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   Qualifications •The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes. • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes.
