We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Delivery Head who will own the end-to-end delivery function of our digital design and technology projects. You will lead a team of 3–4 Project Managers, work closely with internal leadership across Design, Technology, Strategy, Finance and Operations, and act as a senior escalation point for key client stakeholders. This role is about delivery governance, operational excellence and leadership maturity. You should be: - Deeply in love with design, digital products and creative technology. - Passionate about building high-performing delivery teams. - Exceptionally strong at stakeholder communication – internal and external. - Calm under pressure, decisive in complexity, and structured in chaos. - A strategic thinker who also understands execution at a granular level. - Excited about shaping systems, processes and culture for scale. - Comfortable owning revenue protection, delivery quality and client satisfaction. - A mentor, coach and performance driver for Project Managers. Your Core Responsibility: To ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of all projects under your portfolio, while growing people, strengthening client relationships and protecting the company’s strategic and financial goals. What will you do here? 1. Delivery Leadership - Own delivery performance across multiple projects and clients. - Manage and mentor 3–4 Project Managers and their project portfolios. - Set delivery standards, frameworks, reporting formats and governance structures. - Ensure consistent project planning, estimation, risk management and execution quality. - Build a strong PMO culture focused on predictability and excellence. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as a senior escalation point for key clients. - Build long-term strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders. - Partner with Business, Design and Tech leadership in client planning and growth. - Support high-level project scoping, commercials, negotiations and renewals. - Represent delivery capability in leadership and client forums. 3. Operational Excellence - Ensure resource utilization, forecasting and capacity planning across teams. - Work closely with Operations and Finance on margins, billing and revenue assurance. - Improve delivery efficiency through process optimization and tooling. - Drive adoption of Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies at scale. - Own delivery health dashboards, metrics and reporting to leadership. 4. Risk & Quality Governance - Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. - Ensure projects are protected from scope creep, timeline slippage and cost overruns. - Maintain high standards of quality in design, engineering and execution. - Own project audits, retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles. 5. People Leadership - Coach PMs to become stronger leaders, not just executors. - Drive performance reviews, growth plans and capability building. - Build succession and future leadership within the delivery organization. - Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and empathy. You’ll work on: Web platforms, mobile apps, digital ecosystems, brand experiences, films, interactive installations and products that don’t exist yet. The only common factor? Disruptive thinking powered by design and technology. Required Experience: - 10–15+ years of experience in digital delivery, project/program management or operations. - 4–6+ years in a leadership role managing multiple PMs or delivery teams. - Strong experience in: o Digital product development (Web, Apps, Platforms) o Design + Tech environments o Agency or Design-Tech firm setup preferred - Proven experience handling enterprise clients and CXO-level stakeholders. - Strong commercial understanding of: o Project costing o Margins o Utilization o Billing and revenue forecasting Skills that matter: - Delivery Governance & Program Management - Client Relationship Management - Financial & Commercial Acumen - Risk & Escalation Handling - Process Design & Optimization - Team Leadership & Coaching - Strong Communication & Negotiation Why this role is critical: You are the bridge between strategy and execution.
