About the job Job Description Job Title: HR & Admin Lead Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–6 Years Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. The role will be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, HR compliance, and ensuring smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling people operations, documentation, employee engagement, and vendor coordination while ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Human resource - Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit processes. - Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate communication. - Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. - Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. - Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain employee handbook and HR documentation. - Assist with performance management processes, reviews, and employee feedback cycles. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and team activities. - Support leadership with HR reporting and employee analytics. Administration Manage office administration activities including facilities, vendors, and supplies. Coordinate with IT, housekeeping, and facility vendors to ensure smooth office operations. Handle travel bookings, office logistics, and procurement coordination. - Maintain vendor relationships and manage administrative documentation and invoices. - Ensure the workplace environment supports productivity and employee well-being.
