About the Role We are hiring a Sales Principal to drive enterprise revenue in the US market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on owning and closing high-value enterprise deals. There is no team management responsibility at this stage. The mandate is clear - drive strategic revenue growth. You will work directly with the founders to shape enterprise positioning, navigate complex deals, and build long-term US relationships. What You Will Own - Own a defined enterprise revenue target for the US market - Close high-ACV, multi-stakeholder deals - Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract execution - Build strong relationships with CMOs, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders - Drive multi-threaded selling across large accounts - Create and lead executive-level proposals and negotiations - Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting - Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts Ideal Candidate Profile - 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience - Proven track record of closing $100K to $300K+ ACV deals - Experience selling into US enterprise buyers - Background in SaaS, marketing services, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise technology - Comfortable handling 3 to 6 month complex sales cycles - Strong executive presence and consultative selling ability - High ownership mindset and revenue accountability What Makes This Role Strategic - Direct access to founders for deal strategy and GTM decisions - Opportunity to shape enterprise growth in the US - High visibility and impact on overall revenue - Exposure to AI-native marketing and enterprise growth solutions Working Hours This role requires active alignment with the US Eastern Time Zone.
