Role:Delivery Lead / Sr. Delivery Manager Experience:14+ Years We are looking to hire an experiencedDelivery Leader with strong product engineering and AI-enabled delivery expertise . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact engineering andAI-driven digital transformation projectsthat align with clients' strategic goals. The person will overseeproject management, client engagement, team leadership, delivery excellence, and the adoption of modern AI technologiessuch as Generative AI, automation, and data-driven engineering practices to improve product delivery outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead and manage the delivery of multiple engineering andAI-enabled digital transformation projects , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery outcomes.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Engage with stakeholders to review engagement health, discussAI-driven innovation opportunities , identify growth areas, and address concerns.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams includingAI engineers, software engineers, data engineers, and product specialists , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to align project delivery withproduct roadmaps, AI initiatives, and digital transformation strategies .AI & Innovation Enablement: Drive adoption ofAI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven development practicesto enhance engineering productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, and create business value.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementAI-enabled delivery practices, automation tools, and engineering best practicesto enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across engineering andAI implementation initiativesto ensure successful outcomes.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery efficiency, engineering productivity, andAI adoption impactto measure delivery success and drive continuous improvement.Account Growth: Support account expansion by identifyingAI, automation, and digital engineering opportunitiesfor upsell and cross-sell within existing engagements. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum15+ years of experience in software development and engineering delivery At least7+ years in project/program delivery leadership roleswithin technology or product engineering organizationsTechnology Expertise: Experience delivering projects involvingJava, .NET Core, Angular/React/Vue.js etc Exposure tomicroservices architecture and distributed systems Experience withcloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Understanding or exposure toAI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or AI-assisted engineering toolsis highly desirableLeadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams including engineering, data, and AI teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders.
