If closing large deals, pitching innovative media solutions, and beating ambitious revenue targets excites you —this role is for you .Roles & Responsibilities: Own and smash ambitious revenue targets across brands and media agencies Drive new advertiser acquisition and grow strategic key accounts Pitch MyGate’s high-impact digital + on-ground + integrated ad solutions Build deep relationships with CMOs, brand heads, media planners & buyers Create customized, insight-led media proposals that solve real business problems Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and maximize yield Partner with Marketing, Ops & Campaign teams to deliver wow-worthy executions Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain deal hygiene on CRM Upsell, cross-sell, and convert advertisers into long-term partnersRequirements: Solid Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Sales experience Proven success selling advertising solutions, not just rate cards Strong exposure to brand direct and/or media agency sales A consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Sharp storytelling, presentation & negotiation skills High ownership mindset — you think business, not just sales Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsWhy Mygate?
