Role: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation Remote Offshore Duration 3 MonthsShift- Evening ShiftQualifications· 2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).· Direct recruiting experience is required. Must have proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple job types.· Experience recruiting for IT and/or Sales roles in the European region is strongly preferred.· Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally OracleHR or other cloud‑based HCM platforms.· Strong sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach techniques.· Ability to flex sourcing approaches based on role needs.· Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.· Working knowledge of European labour practices as they relate to recruitment, interviewing, and selection.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. Spanish or Polish is a strong advantage.· Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
