Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our hiring capability and improve the consistency and quality of hiring across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruiting, and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.The role is based in India and will primarily support hiring in India while also assisting with recruiting efforts in other regions as needed.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys both recruiting execution and improving hiring practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruiting & Hiring PartnershipManage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through offer stage.Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Maintain a structured, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Pipeline Development & SourcingBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.Maintain relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities.Support early talent initiatives such as campus hiring programs, internships, and university partnerships where relevant.Hiring Process & Data InsightsHelp introduce and reinforce structured hiring practices including interview scorecards and evaluation frameworks.Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness.Provide reporting and insights to help leadership understand hiring trends and improve decision-making.Employer Brand & Talent CommunityContribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand through candidate communication, LinkedIn/Glassdoor presence, and recruiting channels.Represent the company in industry events, meetups, career fairs, or hiring initiatives to expand talent networks.Inclusive Hiring & Candidate ExperienceSupport inclusive hiring practices by helping ensure balanced candidate pipelines and structured evaluation processes.Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee during onboarding.Qualifications5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an in-house environment.Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.Experience tracking recruiting metrics and improving hiring processes.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions or collaborating with global teams is a plus.
