The internet is full of boring ads.At Difference, we’re trying to fix that.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that design isn’t just about making things “look nice”.Good design stops the scroll.Great design sells.If you obsess over typography, spacing, colors, layouts, and secretly judge bad Instagram ads… you might enjoy working with us.What You’ll Be DesigningYou’ll work with multiple brands across industries and create:• Social media creatives• Performance marketing ads (Meta / Google)• Campaign visuals• Brand identity elements• Pitch decks & presentations• Posters and digital marketing assetsSome designs will be minimal and premium.Some will be bold and conversion-driven.Agency life keeps it interesting.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll probably fit this role if you:• Have 2–4 years of graphic design experience• Are comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma• Understand typography, hierarchy, and layout• Can design for both branding and performance marketing• Take feedback well and iterate fast• Actually care about making great workBonus points if you:• Understand what makes high-performing ad creatives• Follow good design and branding work onlineWhat You Get• 100% Remote (Work From Home)• Work with a small, creative team• Exposure to multiple brands and industries• Real creative ownership of your work• A portfolio that won’t look like template designs
