Interior Project Manager / Execution Lead – Boutique MallLocationJubilee Hills, HyderabadRole OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Interior Project Manager to lead the execution of our upcoming boutique mall interior project. The role requires strong on-site presence, coordination with architects and designers, and managing vendors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and as per design specifications.This role is focused on practical execution, problem solving on-site, and driving daily progress.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ExecutionTake full ownership of end-to-end execution of the interior project.Implement architectural and interior drawings accurately on site.Ensure the project is completed within timelines and budget.Architect & Design CoordinationWork closely with architects and interior designers to interpret drawings and specifications.Resolve design and technical issues during execution.Ensure all work is aligned with approved designs and layouts.Vendor & Contractor ManagementIdentify and manage vendors for civil, carpentry, electrical, lighting, HVAC, flooring, painting, and finishing works.Coordinate vendor schedules and ensure timely delivery.Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency.Labor & Site ManagementManage daily labor teams and contractors.Plan daily work schedules and monitor site productivity.Ensure safety and discipline on site.Quality ControlEnsure work quality meets design specifications and finishing standards.Inspect materials and workmanship at every stage.Procurement & Material ManagementPlan material requirements and coordinate procurement.Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid delays.Progress TrackingTrack daily progress and report updates to management.Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.Candidate Requirements5–10 years experience in interior project execution or construction managementStrong experience managing commercial interiors, retail spaces, malls, restaurants, or hospitality projectsAbility to read architectural and interior drawingsStrong vendor and contractor management skillsExcellent on-site problem solving abilityHighly organized and execution focusedKey Traits We Are Looking ForHands-on executor, not just a coordinatorStrong ownership mentalityAbility to manage multiple vendors simultaneouslySpeed and quality focused
