Job Overview: OLAMOR COSMETIC LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce / Marketplace Manager who can manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, improving brand visibility, and ensuring strong ROI through effective marketplace strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow sales on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. - Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility across these platforms. - Optimize product listings, keywords, images, and content to improve search ranking and conversion rates. - Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns to ensure strong ROI. - Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and advertising metrics and implement improvements. - Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, dispatch planning, and product availability. - Track competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Work on promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers to drive sales growth. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, ad spend, ROI, and growth opportunities. Requirements: - Experience in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace algorithms, and digital advertising. - Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROI and revenue growth. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry will be an added advantage. Key Objective: The primary goal of this role is to increase marketplace sales, strengthen brand presence, and ensure profitable growth with the right return on investment (ROI).
