This is a full-time remote position for a technical expert who thrives in a demanding, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end finalization of accounts for a diverse portfolio of US-based clients, ranging from manufacturing to niche service industries. Key Responsibilities · Full-Cycle Accounting: Execute daily accounting operations and data entry for multi-sector businesses, ensuring precise month-end finalization for industries ranging from tech startups to construction and childcare services · Financial Scrutiny: Perform deep-dive Balance Sheet scrutiny, record complex journal entries, and manage project creation within QuickBooks using accrual-basis accounting. · Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, proactively resolving inquiries and ensuring all deliverables are met before deadlines. · Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and resolve internal or client-side escalations before they impact the business. · Quality Assurance: Ensure all financials are compliant with US GAAP and maintain a high standard of accuracy and document integrity. Candidate Profile - Technical Qualifications: · Education: Inter CA (required). · Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
