Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development and Client Servicing Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will support clients by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong communication throughout the engagement lifecycle. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, pursuing growth strategies, and meeting company objectives. Qualifications - Proven skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction - Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities - Experience in business development and fostering client partnerships - Ability to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and meet objectives - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills - Industry Background is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in relationship management tools and CRM systems is an advantage - Previous experience in client servicing or business development roles is highly desirable
