Role: Sales & Business Development Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview You will be the face of Bag2Bag, responsible for onboarding hotels, resorts, homestays, and experience providers across the state. Alongside supply expansion, you will drive sales opportunities by building relationships with corporates, travel groups, institutions, and local businesses. This role blends field sales, relationship management, and strategic growth—perfect for someone who enjoys travel, networking, and building partnerships from the ground up. Key Responsibilities1. Property Onboarding & Supply Expansion - Identify, pitch, and onboard hotels, resorts, homestays, and experience partners across the assigned area. - Conduct property visits, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure smooth onboarding onto the Bag2Bag platform. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure listings go live with accurate content, pricing, and availability. - Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners and managers. 2. Sales & Business Development - Generate sales opportunities through corporate tie-ups, group bookings, institutional partnerships, and travel agents. - Develop a pipeline of B2B clients for daycations, staycations, events, and bulk bookings. - Represent Bag2Bag in local networking events, business forums, and hospitality circles. - Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets. 3. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy - Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and demand patterns across cities. - Share insights to help shape regional strategy, pricing, and promotional campaigns. - Identify new micro-markets and experience categories relevant to State’s tourism and business ecosystem. 4. Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for all State-based partners. - Resolve partner queries, ensure high satisfaction, and drive partner engagement. - Work closely with operations, content, and marketing teams to improve partner performance.
