Roles and Responsibilities:We have exciting opportunities for experienced professionals to join our team as Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialists in the U.S. Healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, obtaining prior authorisations, coordinating with payers and providers, and ensuring accurate documentation to support timely and compliant healthcare services.Employment type: 3 Month ContractRoles and Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including claim follow-ups, payment posting, denial analysis, and resolution to ensure timely reimbursement. - Verify insurance details accurately and ensure compliance with payer-specific guidelines. - Follow up on authorisation requests and resolve delays or denials promptly. - Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with all interactions and outcomes. - Communicate effectively with the U.S.-based insurance representatives, providers, and staff. - Ensure adherence to HIPAA, payer regulations, and organisational compliance standards.Desired Candidate Profile:- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), within U.S. Healthcare. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with U.S. insurance companies and healthcare providers. - Ability to work U.S. shift timings. - Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in computer usage, MS Office, and healthcare/billing systems.Benefits and Perks:- Transportation cab service to return home. - Transportation Bonus(if using a personal vehicle) - Attendance bonus - Yearly bonus
