Marketing Manager - Pharma Formulations (Hyderabad Launch Project) -Job Description: We are an established pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in high-demand generics, currently supplying across multiple states. We are now launching a focused marketing project exclusively for Hyderabad and Secunderabad markets with strong potential in chronic therapy segments.Key products include:• Tenofovir Alafenamide (TAF) and combinations• Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (TDF) 300 mg• Entecavir 0.5 mg & 1 mg• Apixaban Tablets• Vonoprazan TabletsWe are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to single-handedly drive this local launch and growth. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone with pharma marketing experience who thrives in independent execution.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy for Hyderabad/ Secunderabad to achieve sales targets in antivirals (HIV/Hep B), anticoagulants, and gastro segments.• Build and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, chemists, and stockists in the twin cities.• Engage with healthcare professionals (doctors - Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Gastroenterology) through field visits, CMEs, product presentations, and sample distribution.• Handle end-to-end promotion: planning doctor meets, hospital tie-ups, local campaigns, digital promotions (WhatsApp groups, targeted ads), and branding activities.• Monitor competitor activities and adjust tactics for competitive edge.• Track prescriptions, sales performance, stock movement, and report monthly metrics to management.• Coordinate with our manufacturing team for timely supply and resolve any market issues.• Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets through proactive grassroots marketing.Candidate Profile / Requirements:• Graduate (preferably B.Sc / B.Pharm) + MBA in Marketing / Pharma Marketing (preferred).• 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales, ideally in generics for HIV/antivirals, cardiovascular (anticoagulants), or gastroenterology segments.• Proven track record of handling territory independently or as a key field/marketing executive in Hyderabad/ Telangana.• Strong local network with distributors, chemists, and doctors in Hyderabad/ Secunderabad is highly desirable.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working single-handedly with minimal supervision.• Willing to travel extensively within Hyderabad/ Secunderabad.• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., UCPMP guidelines) in pharma promotion.Key Skills• Pharma Marketing• Territory Management• Doctor / HCP Engagement• Distributor Management• Sales Target Achievement• Competitive Analysis• Digital Marketing Basics (Google Ads, WhatsApp Business)• MS Office / CRM toolsInterested please apply.
