With rapidly expanding operations, the organization is focused on institutionalizing globally bench marked manufacturing systems, strengthening documentation frameworks, and driving process excellence across its plants. Job Description Reporting to Business head you will: Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and institutionalize a Group Quality Strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Analyse data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality control activities. Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and maintain strong relationships. Lead and mentor Plant Quality Heads. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Head should have: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical / Production / Materials or related disciplines). Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management or Operations (preferred but not mandatory). 18-22 years of experience in manufacturing environments. Must have worked in plant operations and quality functions. Experience in glass, aluminium extrusion, polymers, renewable materials, or adjacent process industries preferred. Proven track record in reducing rejection rates and institutionalizing quality systems.
