Embryologist Senior and Junior Roles Noblestride Fertility & Diagnostic Centre, Gangtok, Sikkim Full time: Noblestride Fertility & Diagnostic Centre, Gangtok, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated Embryologists to join our growing ART program. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Position 1: Senior Embryologist Role Overview: Independent handling of IVF and ICSI procedures Embryo culture, grading, cryopreservation, and laboratory documentation Ensuring ART compliance, quality control, and laboratory standards Key Requirement: Independent ICSI experience is mandatory Position 2: Junior Embryologist Role Overview: Full-time Andrology laboratory work Assisted exposure in the Embryology laboratory under supervision Progressive hands-on embryology training based on performance Important Note: Junior Embryologists will not perform independent embryology procedures initially Hands-on embryology training will be provided progressively, subject to performance and execution of a mandatory training bond Qualifications (applicable as per role): Valid certification in Embryology or Andrology from a recognized institute Prior experience in IVF or ART laboratories preferred Strong attention to detail, ethics, and patient confidentiality Ability to work in a structured, protocol-driven laboratory environment Location: Gangtok, Sikkim Immediate joining preferred Role responsibilities will be assigned strictly based on qualification, experience, and ART compliance.
