Location : BangaloreJob Type : Full-timeExperience : 1 - 2.5 yrsResponsibilities● Answering calls and mails to guide customers about Livspace design services andproducts for end-to-end home design projects as per the SLA and TAT. ● Assistingcustomers while they shop online; guiding them on the best design products for theirhomes.● Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recordingdetails of complaints, comments, and inquiries.● Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken oncustomer requests and complaints● Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departmentsfor further investigation and clarification● Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and schedule appointments● Feedback calls to customers● Perform other duties as assignedKey Requirements● Great written and verbal communication skills● Good listener with active problem solving skills● Good interpersonal and analytical skills● Quick learner and open to learning new channels or processes● Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.● Knowledge of social media platforms● E-commerce experience is a bonus● Freshers are more than welcome● Multitasker with flexibility to work in different work roles.● Basic knowledge about home interior design and products would be an addedadvantage.● Prior experience of working with CRM tools such as Freshdesk would be an added advantage.
