What you'll do You'll work directly with the design team on live projects brand identities, visual systems, design assets for startups that are done blending in. That means real briefs, real feedback, and real output. Not spec work. Not busy work. Some days it's concepting. Some days it's production. Most days it's both. You're a fit if - You think in brands, not just visuals - You have taste and can articulate why something works - You're fast without being careless - You know your way around the standard design toolkit - Motion design is a bonus.
