The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media, email marketing campaigns, and website updates for technology or IT service companies. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy - Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across platforms such as , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. - Identify opportunities for brand positioning and audience growth. Content Creation & Management - Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blogs, and written posts. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. - Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality visual content. Community Engagement - Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. - Build relationships with followers, customers, and industry influencers. - Foster an active online community and manage conversations around the brand. Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns. - Manage promotions, contests, and paid ad campaigns. - Work on cross-promotional marketing opportunities with partners. Email Marketing - Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and engage customers. - Create email content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging. - Track campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement metrics. - Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and segmentation strategies. Website Management - Manage and update website content including blogs, landing pages, product/service pages, and announcements. - Coordinate with developers to ensure website updates, performance, and functionality. - Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices to improve search visibility. Brand Advocacy - Act as a brand ambassador across social media platforms by engaging in discussions and answering queries. - Promote company values, services, and achievements in relevant digital communities. Analytics & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across social media, email marketing, and website traffic. - Prepare monthly reports showing campaign results and ROI. - Use insights to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies. Customer Reviews & Reputation Management - Develop systems to encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews online. - Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation. Trend Monitoring - Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in Social media & Digital Marketing, preferably in the IT or technology industry - Hands-on experience with email marketing tools. - Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress) - Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing analytics - Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling skills - Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools - Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills - Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused - Fluent in English - Mumbai / Mumbai suburbs -based candidates preferred
