Role Summary The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by leading sales operations and expanding the company’s presence across weddings, corporate events, social functions, political events, and festive installations. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle and coordinating closely with design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality event solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, train, and manage the sales team; set targets and monitorperformance. - Generate new business through partnerships, networking, and referrals. - Manage client relationships, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures. - Oversee the full sales lifecycle from inquiry to handover. - Track sales pipeline, CRM updates, and performance reports. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Requirements Experience in sales within event decoration, event management, weddings, or corporate events. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of event concepts, décor, and execution processes. Results-driven, organized, and client-focused approach. Drive sales and revenue for luxury weddings, corporate events, and high-value installations. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, proposals, negotiation, and closure. Build strong relationships with HNI clients, corporates, wedding planners, venues, and hotels. Lead and monitor the sales team; set targets and improveconversion rates. Coordinate with design and operations teams for accurate costing and smooth execution. Track sales pipeline, CRM updates, and revenue forecasts.
