Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's natural stone exports to international markets, especially in the US market. - Identify and evaluate potential markets and clients, conducting market research to understand market trends, competition, and customer preferences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to maximize sales and market penetration. - Collaborate with the internal team to understand customer requirements and develop customized export solutions to meet their needs. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with international clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on export activities, providing regular updates to senior management. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, quality control, and finance, logistics to ensure smooth coordination and execution of export operations. - Stay updated with industry advancements, new product developments, and emerging market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Minimum Experience 5+ years in international sales. 3. Mandatory Experience in the USA with a strong travel history. Additional markets 4. like UK, Europe, Middle East are an added advantage. Proven experience as an Export Manager or similar role in the natural stone industry. 5. Fluent in written and spoken English 6.
