Urgent Hiring For Sales Manager- LV Product Location Mumbai, Sewri (W) Salary – 10 to 15 LPA Depends on experience Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience of selling Panel products, LV Products, Industry – Electricals, Education - Candidate should be a Diploma or Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering candidate is expected to handle all the customer segments under Government domain like PWD, CPWD, CIDCO, TMC, KDMC, BMC, MHADA, LIC, MMRDA, METRO, MHDC, PHCIL, MSPGCL, MSEDCL, MSETCL, Western Railways, Central Railways, Konkan Railways Description Job Description: Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Roles & Responsibilities : Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage Electrical Componets such as ACBs, MCCBs, SDFs, HRC, Changeover Switches, Power Contactors, Overload Relays, Control Relay, Timers, Starters, Bypass Switches, ATS Switches, Push Button Stations, LED Indicating Lamps ,Control Stations, MCBs, RCCBs, DBs, Modular Plate Switches & Wiring Accessories, Power Quality Improvements and Management & Solution Products, SPDs, Protection & Measurment Devieces, Lighting Busbar Trunking, LV Panels. Areas & Responsibilities : In this role, the candidate is expected to handle all the customer segments under Government domain like PWD, CPWD, CIDCO, TMC, KDMC, BMC, MHADA, LIC, MMRDA, METRO, MHDC, PHCIL, MSPGCL, MSEDCL, MSETCL, Western Railways, Central Railways, Konkan Railways, NMMC, VVMC, MCGM, MES, DEFENCE, UNIVERSITIES, GOVT HOSPITAL, MSRDC, MSRTC with particular areas under Mumbai ; Navi Mumbai ; Raigad ; Thane ; Palghar ; Vasai Virar ; to Churchgate ; Asangoan Shahpur, Ambernath, Bhiwandi, Kalyan Dombivali, Kopar, Taloja, Kharghar, Ulve, Panvel, Dolvi, Thal, Alibaug, Murbad, CBD Belapur, Uran, Anushaktinagar, NPCIL, BARC, MJP, HIGH COURTS, GOVT Colleges & Medical Institutes, JNPT, BEST, MPT, Ports, AIRPORT Authorities, DGNP, Nagar Panchayat, Zila Parishad, Mass Housing Projects and any other govt customers which can be added in the present portfolio Product Knowledge : Low Voltage Electrical Componets such as ACBs, MCCBs, SDFs, HRC, Changeover Switches, Power Contactors, Overload Relays, Control Relay, Timers, Starters, Bypass Switches, ATS Switches, Push Button Stations, LED Indicating Lamps ,Control Stations, MCBs, RCCBs, DBs, Modular Plate Switches & Wiring Accessories, Power Quality Improvements and Management & Solution Products, SPDs, Protection & Measurement Devices, Lighting Busbar Trunking, LV Panels. The candidate must be a very good and energetic person & team player and must be a go getter and self-driven and self-motivated kind of salesperson with a core strength and zeal of selling switchgear products through dealers and channels network to the electrical contractors, panel builders, oems, suppliers, government bodies and agencies and traders and system integrators. The candidate should have a command of competitor markets activities and should understand the product offering and selection and should be good negotiators for the business conversion and increasing market share in particularly government domain vertically. Releavent vertical 5-10 years of work experience in above relevant areas and customers; holding a minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering would be preferred for the priority of selection of the candidate, Candidate must be a confident person and have good technical knowledge of products and services. He must be process oriented and should be able to work under ownership and business acumen skills and should be humble and honest in communication skills. He should be able to develop good market rapport and create very good relationships in marketplace with long-term career aspirations and build. Candidates must be an adapt and collaborative in nature and action and should be able to connect the dots of respective business customers in a professional manner and can build an alliance portfolio of revenue generation which can add value to the growth vertical. Candidate must be able to connect relevant government domain customers specifiers, electrical contractors, consultants and epc contractors, engineers, dy engineers, chief engineers, decision makers, end users, indentors, purchasers, execution team and should be able to do the product presentation, inhouse and inplant seminars, product marketing, creating demands, tenders and its supplies. Customers’ plants visits should also be taken from time to time as and when needed as per the custoemers requirements.
