Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Identify, research, and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with brand requirements. - Coordinate with influencers for campaign deliverables, timelines, and content approvals. - Support client servicing by maintaining communication, sharing campaign updates, and ensuring smooth execution. - Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and views, and assist in preparing campaign reports. - Manage campaign documentation, influencer databases, and coordination with internal teams. - Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and platform updates. Requirements - 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or client servicing (freshers with strong interest in social media may apply). - Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator-led content. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. - Basic understanding of influencer metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and impressions is a plus. - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
