Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (India Business) Reporting to: GM – Business Development Location: Andheri, Mumbai Role Summary: - Build a strong New Product Portfolio of India Business of Aristo in alignment with Corporate vision & mission. - Manage Product Pipeline and ensure delivery in a time bound - Works closely with the Business/Marketing, Business Development, Commercial, Scientific, Costing, Packaging development, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, MIS, teams etc. Responsibilities : - Continuous scanning, evaluation of new product launches in global & domestic markets & identify potential new product cases for expansion of product portfolio of Aristo - Contribute in new product / combination ideas (Drug/Nutraceuticals) with objective of bridging therapy gaps & building innovation in formulations. - Undertake Therapy Gap Analysis and recommendation of products. - Analyse several competitive Intelligence data and Conduct market research about the potential of the proposed new products & build business case for commercial feasibility. - Liaison between respective cross-functional team (CFT) from successful ideation to launch phase - Manage interface with R&D, Commercial, Packaging Development, Scientific, Costing & Marketing departments to ensure timely launch of New Products. - Spearhead the preparation, continuous updating and submission of reports on status of New Product Launch Process to enable all stake-holders to complete respective tasks for smooth, timely launch. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Successful track record in handling business development / new product development for domestic pharma market in top ranking Indian Pharma Company. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. - M Pharmacy (preferably) / B. Pharmacy (mandatory) - Experience : Manager (8-10 yrs) / Sr. Manager (12-14) years of relevant experience
