About the Role We are hiring a Sales Director to drive enterprise revenue in the US market. This is a senior individual contributor role. While the title is Director, this position does not currently include team management responsibilities. The focus is pure enterprise revenue ownership - sourcing, closing, and expanding strategic accounts. You will work directly with the founders on US GTM strategy, positioning, and key deals. What You Will Own - Close high-value enterprise deals across the US market - Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract execution - Own and manage a defined revenue target - Build relationships with CMOs, VPs, and C-level stakeholders - Lead multi-threaded sales cycles with 3 to 6 month timelines - Partner with strategy and delivery teams to shape customized proposals - Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline - Identify expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts Ideal Candidate Profile - 8 to 15 years of B2B enterprise sales experience - Proven track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals - Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, digital transformation, or AI-driven solutions - Comfortable selling into Marketing, Growth, or Digital leadership - Strong executive presence and storytelling ability - Experience managing long and complex sales cycles - High ownership and accountability Why This Role Matters - Direct collaboration with founders - Opportunity to shape the US enterprise motion - Exposure to AI-native marketing, GEO, and enterprise growth programs - High visibility and strategic influence Working Hours This role requires active alignment with the US Eastern Time Zone.
