About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head – Digital Media to lead our revenue growth during a key expansion phase. The role requires a strong leader who can drive aggressive business development, build strategic partnerships, and scale high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across brands and agencies, a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Market Expansion - Own and drive overall revenue targets across digital media solutions. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new industries, regions, and enterprise clients. - Identify and unlock new revenue streams such as programmatic, performance marketing, social, video, OTT, influencer marketing, and integrated media solutions. - Build strong relationships with top brands, media agencies, and enterprise clients. Business Development - Drive new business acquisition and expand existing key accounts. - Close large enterprise deals and long-term strategic partnerships. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts. - Establish relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers. Leadership & Team Management - Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team. - Define sales processes, targets, and performance metrics. - Mentor and coach team members to improve productivity and results. - Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented sales culture. Strategy & Collaboration - Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to develop competitive digital offerings. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. - Refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategies to maximize revenue. - Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Qualifications - 15–20 years of experience in digital media, advertising, ad-tech, or mar-tech sales. - Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership or national sales head role. - Proven track record of scaling revenue in growth or expansion-stage companies. - Strong network with brands, media agencies, and enterprise clients. - Deep understanding of: - Programmatic advertising - Performance marketing - Social and video platforms - Influencer marketing - OTT and integrated media solutions - Experience in building or scaling sales teams. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in digital agencies, ad-tech platforms, media houses, or mar-tech companies. - MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
