We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Sales who can independently manage lead sourcing, broker/channel partner onboarding, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures for our premium real estate projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market understanding, and consistent revenue delivery. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Lead Generation - Generate sales through channel partners, direct clients, referrals, and HNI network - Build and expand broker network across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane - Plan and manage client site visits and ensure end-to-end customer engagement Client Handling & Closing - Handle walk-ins, inbound leads, and scheduled meetings professionally - Present Veda’s offerings confidently (villa parcels, plotted developments, gated community concept) - Negotiate commercials and close deals as per company pricing strategy - Ensure smooth booking journey including coordination for documentation and payment process Channel Partner Management - Onboard new channel partners and maintain long-term engagement - Conduct regular CP meetings, follow-ups, and sales enablement sessions - Drive consistent conversions through broker pipeline and relationship management Sales Strategy & Reporting - Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM updates - Share weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasting, and closure status - Coordinate with marketing team for campaign-driven lead conversion - Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing, buyer behavior, and demand trends Site Coordination (Alibaug) - Travel frequently to Alibaug for client meetings, broker visits, and site events - Coordinate with site team to ensure premium customer experience - Ensure clients receive strong hospitality and trust-driven interaction
