Role: Regional Sales Manager Reporting to: Business Head Job Location: Mumbai Position Overview: ProScreen Technologies Healthcare offers total imaging solutions with a range of monitors, software, video capture, processing, and distribution solutions, Medical cameras, Medical recorders and advanced integrated technologies, to meet the specialized needs of customers into Healthcare ,and more headquartered in New Delhi. Proscreen integrates hardware and software technologies with web hosting, and other services to help customers in the healthcare industry deliver optimal patient care. Our range includes solutions for operating rooms, OT integration, diagnostics, PACS, clinical review, breast imaging, dentistry and pathology. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, maintaining and expanding customer base, and generating revenue. The Regional Sales Manager will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, deliver sales presentations, and attend trade shows and industry events. The Regional Sales Manager-PACS/M/MI/CT will be responsible for working with a local distributor's sales executive team to provide PACS/ Display in radiology product solutions for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centres. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that is needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities - Responsible for developing product strategy in India, promoting Radiology solutions products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share; - Collaborate with the distributer's sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives; - Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase project winning rate; - Identify and Develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products. - Interface directly with prospects, and determine optimal system configurations accordingly; - Create and deliver customized presentations/ demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects; - Perform market surves and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development; - Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customers, Business Channels, Sales team, etc. - Other tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications - Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Generation skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Experience in the display solutions industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
