Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The role focuses on driving business growth across Drivaa’s logistics and mobility solutions including QuickX (domestic express), GlobalX (cross-border shipping), and Go Lite (luggage movement service). The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, manage enterprise and partner relationships, and identify growth opportunities across retail, D2C brands, exporters, and travel ecosystems. Responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating commercial agreements, building channel partnerships, and working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The candidate will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to strengthen Drivaa RUN’s go-to-market strategy. Qualifications - Strong experience in sales, negotiation, and business development - Proven ability in enterprise sales and partner acquisition - Experience managing client relationships and strategic partnerships - Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics - Leadership skills with experience managing teams or cross-functional collaboration - Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, exports, or travel services - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
