Content Strategy & MappingMap all existing website content across programmes and verticalsIdentify content gaps, duplication, and optimisation opportunitiesAlign content structure with SEO and user journey strategySupport development of page hierarchies and navigation frameworksAssist in drafting and structuring new content in collaboration with the web and SEO team2. Website Project CoordinationAct as the day-to-day liaison between internal team and the external web development agencyTrack project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and approvalsPrepare follow-ups, and action trackersEnsure internal feedback is consolidated and communicated clearly4. Content Creation & Editorial SupportWrite SEO-optimised blog articles aligned with keyword strategyDraft website content including programme pages, landing pages, FAQs, and thought leadership piecesSupport development of B2B and B2C content journeysRepurpose webinar, event, and campaign content into web assetsEnsure brand tone consistency across all digital touchpoints3. Digital Optimisation SupportWork closely with the agency to ensure correct keyword integrationAssist in implementing on-page optimisation recommendationsSupport content structuring for regional subfolders (/ae, /sa, /mena)4. UX & Conversion AlignmentEnsure pages are aligned with lead generation objectivesMap call-to-action flows for B2B and B2C audiencesSupport integration planning with Zoho CRMReview wireframes to ensure alignment with marketing objectives5.
