We are building smart mobility and IoT-based solutions to transform the future of electric transportation.We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive growth across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, etc.) - Handle SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives - Generate and nurture B2B and B2C leads - Manage brand positioning and online reputation - Coordinate with sales and product teams for campaign alignment - Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI - Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns - Conduct market research and competitor analysisRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing - Strong knowledge of performance marketing & lead generation - Experience in EV, mobility, logistics, or tech sector (preferred) - Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, CRM tools - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setupWhat We Offer- Salary up to ₹9 LPA (based on experience & performance) - Remote working flexibility - Opportunity to work in a high-growth EV & tech ecosystem - Performance-based incentives - Career growth opportunities within Maxryd
