We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can bring new clients for crypto press release and Web3 marketing services through outreach, networking, and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who understands the crypto industry, Web3 startups, exchanges, token projects, and blockchain ecosystems. - Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) - Commission: 5% – 10% per deal closed - Unlimited earning potential Top performers can earn significantly higher income through commissions. Responsibilities - Identify and approach crypto startups, blockchain projects, exchanges, and Web3 founders - Sell press release distribution packages on - Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, email, and Web3 communities - Build relationships with founders, marketing teams, and crypto project managers - Coordinate with the internal team for campaign execution - Maintain a pipeline of potential clients Requirements - Basic understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem - Good communication and persuasion skills - Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred - Ability to generate leads through social media, communities, and outreach - Self-driven and target-oriented mindset Preferred Candidates Candidates with experience in: - Crypto marketing agencies - Web3 communities - PR agencies - Crypto exchanges or token projects will be preferred.
